Affiliation is a type of advertising distribution that allows an e-commerce or service site to propose to a network of affiliated partner sites to promote its products or services on their advertising spaces.
In return, the affiliates are remunerated by a commission on the sales, visits or forms generated (e.g. newsletter) from their links. Tracking and evaluation of the results is done through tracking links provided by the affiliate platform, Kwanko.

It is an e-commerce site or services whose objective is to increase its visibility, its traffic, its turnover or to enrich its contact base (prospects) thanks to the diffusion of advertisements on affiliated sites.

Registration on our Kwanko platform is completely free for all publishers.

You have to :

• Be of legal age or, if applicable, have your parents' authorization to display. Please note that if you are a minor not authorized by your parents, Kwanko will not be able to pay you your earnings.
• You must be the owner of a website that meets the acceptance criteria (except in special cases: Wordpress, social networks, etc.).
• Have the right and the technical possibility to broadcast advertising on your advertising spaces. It is imperative that you have the technical skills required to manage your advertising spaces.

You have to :

• Have the right and the technical possibility to broadcast advertising on your advertising spaces. It is imperative that you have the technical skills required to manage your advertising spaces.

Your content (website, mobile application or your social networks) must meet a certain number of criteria to be accepted on our network:

• Respect for the law and Netiquette: your content must comply with the law (no incitement to hatred, violence, racist comments, paedophilia ...) and Netiquette.
• Accessibility: it must be online and or be at a sufficiently advanced stage to be validated by our team. Sites under construction will not be considered and your application will be automatically rejected.
• Ergonomics: your site must be easy to navigate and offer fluid navigation. Similarly, the use of background colour combinations and fonts that make your site unreadable could lead to rejection. Make sure that the fonts used are readable in all browsers. Avoid an overabundance of animated gifs.
• Your site must not have already been submitted to the Kwanko Group (Netaffiliation, Swelen) and cannot be accepted twice. If you have bought a site from another broadcaster, please ask its former owner to unsubscribe it upon simple request to the relevant broadcaster service.

A site that does not meet one of these criteria will be (automatically) refused.
If you modify it sufficiently afterwards we could evaluate it again, you will have to register again.

You can only open one account (one entity) whether you are a company, an individual or an association. If you already have an existing entity with us, your new application will not be successful. And you will only be able to register one site for one language during the registration process. However, once your account is accepted, you can register as many urls (site, blog, social networks, app) and in as many languages as you wish.

The information provided during registration allows our teams to have the necessary data to validate your account and to explain to the advertiser(s) its possibilities in terms of advertising media. Your information must therefore be relevant and meet the following criteria (non-exhaustive list):

• The description of the site must be complete and in the language of the country for which you are applying (for example: in French for France in English for the USA/UK).
• The language of the website must be identical to the one chosen at the time of registration.

Preferably opt for a URL leading to a landing page written in the language indicated.
Please select the country where most of your traffic comes from (e.g. if most of your users are Belgian, selectFrench-Belgian).
Likewise, please make sure to tick the format and typology that correspond to your type of broadcast: theregistration form will guide you through this step.
Once accepted, you will have access to all the campaigns offered by Netaffiliation in the language of the chosencountry.

You will be able to view :

• the program description
• the type of remuneration, the earnings can be settled (depending on the program):
• in the display (CPM = Cost per Mile), with or without capping
• per click (C), with or without capping
• double-click (DC)
• at registration (F)
• for sale (V)
• to the visit (CPV)

Assets/creatives such as (non-exhaustive list) :

• banners in different formats (250 x250, 120X90...according to their availability) in Javascript or HTML codes.
• text links in Javascript or HTML codes.
• mail kits (validation of the BAT mandatory)
• deep link (deep link is a link that points to an internal page of a website and not to its home page) available if available on the program.
• product catalogues (CSV or XML feed) (attention restricted access).
• RSS feeds of promotion codes
• XML feeds of broadcast media

No support (banners, feeds, ...) will be delivered to you as an example and / or test as long as you have notregistered with an active site that meets our acceptance criteria on our platform. You will have access to yourdetailed statistics by program, site, time, media, sales.

About Statistics

available data: potential display, pending sale, validated sale, pending form, validated form...

periods: yesterday, today, week and S-1, month and M-1 .

You will also be able to retrieve your statistics remotely (without having to connect to our platform) via our Web Services (API).

Make sure that you are using the correct login and password and that they are case sensitive (lower/upper case).
None of our services is in possession of this type of (confidential) data, so we invite you to go here.
An account/entity may be closed at your request or be inactive. For example, if you have not logged into yourexisting account for more than 6 months, access to it is temporarily "suspended" by our platform.

Please send a request to reactivate your account to the broadcasting service you depend on by indicating :

• your first and last name
• the URL of your site
• login name
• Mailing address
• phone number.
• An email explaining your situation.

The requested service will proceed with the usual checks to reactivate or not your account.

Each gain generated by a site is subject to control by our teams. This is why your winnings will first appear"pending".

Once the earnings are validated (sales, forms...), these amounts will be invoiced to ourclients/advertisers.

As soon as you have reached the minimum payment amount per currency (50€, £50, $50, 400NOK...),you will be alerted at the beginning of the month by email (via our platform) of the generation of an invoice call(once a month).

(NB: if you have generated winnings in 2 different currencies (£ and €), there will be 2 invoicecalls: 1 in € and 1 in £)

If the paid earnings do not reach the minimum billing, they will be carried over tothefollowing month(s) until the 50€ /50$ .

The generation of calls to invoice depends on the advertisers' payments.Netaffiliation does not offer any advance fees/cash.

Once your invoice calls are validated via the platform(detailed procedure in the FAQ dedicated to affiliates is available on your interface).The payment deadlines are as follows:

If your invoice is received on the platform between the 1st and the 15thof themonth (inclusive), your payment will be made between the 1st and the 5th of the following month. If your invoice isreceived on the platform between the 16th and the end of the month, your payment will be made between the 15th andthe 20th of the following month.
Note: we remind you that these winnings may be subject to declaration to the tax authorities. We invite you to consult the administrative services on which you depend.

You can choose from :

• French or international transfers.

Please note that fees may be charged for all international transfers and/or if you are paid in a currency other than your country of residence).
