Kwanko and verticalAds merge

It is with great pleasure that we would like to inform you of the merger of Kwanko with verticalAds Group.

This build-up project will combine the strengths of Kwanko and verticalAds Group in an ambitious project, aiming to become the European leader in many sectors of activity.

Who is verticalAds and why this merger?

Vertical Ads is an affiliate marketing network active mainly on the German market and which has developed exclusive tools in 3 verticals: Finance, Communication (telco services, media, energy) and Retail. These tools will be progressively integrated into the Kwanko platform to provide you with new business opportunities.

The complementarity between our two companies and the resulting strategic interest is also essential in the decision of the founders of Kwanko and VerticalAds Group to launch this project. Sharing the same values, still managed and owned by their founders, we found ourselves on a common project focused on the service and satisfaction of our advertisers and publishers.

Of course, the management of Kwanko and verticalAds Group, as well as the operational teams, remain in place.

The aim of this project is to create more value for both our customers and publishers. There will be no operational changes for you, except for the following improvements :

• geographical strengthening, especially in Germany
• sharing of proprietary tools and innovative technologies
• campaign sharing
• synergies between our teams
• and of course many other amazing projects to come.
